Jules and Stephen have done more than refine an old tradition: We've started a new one. We use traditional cheese making techniques from around the world to create complex flavors and textures without using dairy, in place of dairy we use fair trade, organic cashews . At Jule’s Foods our Brie is aged up to 3 weeks to achieve optimal flavor and texture. Our cheeses are hand flipped everyday to insure the rind grows evenly and matures with grace.

Our Dressing and dips are made aged Cashew Based cheese to create a creamy flavor using vegan enzymes. Our Ranch Dressing is creamy with fresh herbs and our Creamy Balsamic dressing has the perfect balance of tang and richness.  Jule's Artichoke Spinach dip is rich and savory, a perfect addition to your snack time or use as a spread for sandwiches, pizza and more.
